Job Description:
- Achieve growth targets of funding products and maintain customers’ portfolio

Requirements:

3. DC Site Engineer
Job Description:
- Job Description Monitoring and supporting Sea Network Infrastructure and other services, responding to graph/log anomalies, system alerts via email/SMS/phone calls etc.
- Identify network related issues quickly according to SOPs and best practices, escalate to the corresponding team to fix the issue when necessary.
- Perform basic Linux commands to run diagnostic instructions and analyze the output for first-level troubleshooting.
- Use basic Cisco/Huawei switches/routers/firewall commands to understand the configuration and whole network topology.
- Follow up proactively with internal or external parties on progression, and prepare official incident reports.
- Review the incidents and provide service improvement plans to the Network Engineering team.
Requirements:
- Background in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Good knowledge of Ethernet network, IT service management, and Linux/Windows systems.
- Understanding of basic network knowledge such as ARP, VLAN, ACL, eBGP, iBGP, BGP-RR, OSPF, MPLS, and VRF.
- Understanding of basic network systems such as Zabbix, Cacti etc.
- Good in technical report writing and documentation.
- Holding Huawei/CISCO certificates is a plus.

4. Customer Operations (Process & Document Control)
Job Description:
- Analyzing and gathering all the requested information into SOP/ TGU draft, to ensure that the SOP/ TGU compiled in accordance
- Follow-ups the requester related to the completeness of the information needed in the SOP/TGU, to make SOPs/TGU in accordance with the standards
- Develop all information relating to the data and information needed to be socialized to the team, to ensure that information (both new and refreshment) can be given to each team member
- Reviewing the approved SOP/ TGU draft to ensure that the latest information shared to team members is relevant and appropriate
- In collaboration with the Customer Operations Team in terms of identifying daily operational problems, in order to revise/adjust/add information in the SOP/TGU as an improvement in the future
- Updating SOPs/ TGU regularly, in order to meet banking regulations related to risk control
- Compile, collect, and send periodic reports relating to Progress Update/Information Tracker to provide accurate information to the C-OPS team
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any Major
- Min. 3 years of experience in the related field as part of SOP/Compliance team in Banking/Contact Centre

5. Customer Operations (KMS)
Job Description:
- Managing learning websites and ensuring e-learning development accordance with the needs of the team to support the improvement of customer operations services
- Managing information in the form of infographics displayed in the Big Screen monitor in accordance with the needs of the team to support the improvement of customer operations services
- Managing the Help Center Website
- Gather and upload all information to e-learning to provide accurate information to the Customer Operations Team
- Check and update information to e-learning to ensure the latest information has been uploaded to system and well documented
- Coordinate with the Customer Operations Team to gather the latest information to be displayed on e-learning
- Collect, upload, check and update information at the assistance center, so that it can be used by customers for information search

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any Major
- Min. 3 years of experience in the KMS (Knowledge Based), trainer, or Quality Assurance area
